The METICULAB™ UV-Grade Calcium Fluoride (CaF₂) Biconcave Lens is precision-engineered for demanding deep-ultraviolet (DUV) to mid-infrared (MIR) optical applications. Manufactured from high-purity single-crystal CaF₂, it delivers excellent transmission from 190nm to 7μm, solving the severe absorption limitations of fused silica in extreme UV wavelengths. Available in custom diameters from Φ8mm to Φ100mm, with surface figure down to PV ≤30nm and Sa ≤0.2nm. Every shipment includes full interferometer and AFM inspection reports. Ideal for DUV lithography, semiconductor inspection, high-power laser systems, and analytical instruments.
