METICULAB High Precision Zirconia Ceramic Ferrule
Compatible with LC, SC, FC, ST, and MU fiber optic connectors. Universal fit for single‑mode (9/125μm) and multi‑mode (50/125μm, 62.5/125μm) fiber assemblies.
METICULAB ceramic ferrules are manufactured from nano‑zirconia (ZrO₂) using precision micro‑hole processing technology. They deliver ≤1μm concentricity (single‑mode), ≤0.2dB insertion loss, and excellent durability – 500‑cycle insertion loss variation <0.3dB. Available in standard LC/SC/FC sizes and fully customizable outer diameter (0.5‑3.5mm), inner diameter (0.1‑1.0mm) and length (3‑15mm).
