High-precision LC standard zirconia ceramic sleeve – low insertion loss, excellent durability, ideal for telecom and data center applications.
This high-precision zirconia ceramic sleeve is designed for LC type optical fiber connectors. Manufactured from yttria‑stabilized zirconia (ZrO₂), it ensures consistent ferrule alignment, low insertion loss (≤0.2dB), and long service life in harsh environments. The advanced ceramic processing technology provides superior wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and dimensional stability.
Compared with plastic or metal sleeves, zirconia ceramic offers tighter inner diameter tolerance (±0.001mm), higher hardness (≥1200 HV), and stable performance from -40°C to +85°C. It is the standard choice for single‑mode and multimode fiber optic systems.
